  • Gratitude is a must.  Developing a practice of gratitude helps to stave

  • Invest in yourself today…every day…choose to do something each day where you treat yourself with sweetness

  • Want to reprogram your negative thought patterns, write 10 affirmations every day at the top of your morning.  Recite the affirmations into a vessel of water, and then drink that water…remember…water has no enemy and the potential to hold energy, vibrations, and memory.
